Ola Abe

Director of Membership ​

Ola Abe is a Detail Engineer with deep expertise in front-end and detail engineering of facilities, engineering components, and consumer products. Using tools like 3D modeling and programming within global standards, Ola ensures safe, buildable solutions. His journey began as a family apprentice, evolving into roles at Crittal Hope Nigeria and beyond, leading to consultancies across Nigeria’s manufacturing sector. He has 26+ years of experience, including major oil & gas projects like NLNG Train 7 FEED and OSO JV Repair. Ola is CEO of APT Engineering Works Ltd, Deepspace Africa Ltd, and Locomo Alpha Tech Ltd. He’s a member of COREN and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Adekunle Adeleke

Director of Skills ​

Adekunle Adeleke is a mechanical engineer with expertise in product design, reverse engineering, and manufacturing. Holding both BSc and MSc degrees from the University of Ibadan, he integrates design, programming, and fabrication technologies to solve complex problems. Adekunle is dedicated to empowering the next generation of engineers through skills development, collaboration, and strengthening Nigeria’s hardware innovation ecosystem.

Abdulrahman Barkindo Alkali

Director of Marketing ​

Abdulrahman Barkindo Alkali is an IT professional with over a decade of experience in system analysis, network security, and project management. He is the founder of A3 Links Solutions Ltd and MILKHO.NG, and the CEO of Future Livestock Solutions. Barkindo brings a multi-sector perspective, blending ICT, agriculture, and entrepreneurship. A vocal advocate for innovation, he’s spoken at numerous national conferences and now leads HNC’s marketing strategy. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Modibbo Adama University of Technology.

Iheke Chinecherem 

Director of Finance ​

Iheke Chinecherem is an award-winning social innovator with a passion for entrepreneurship and youth development. With 7+ years in the development sector, he co-founded Solaris GreenTech Hub and was the pioneer COO of Clintonel Innovation Center (CIC), Nigeria’s first makerspace. Known for his impact-oriented approach, Iheke’s leadership in finance is grounded in community-centered sustainability and real-world innovation.

Joseph Inyang

Director of Partnership ​

Joseph Inyang is CTO at Juststandout Ltd and a recognized leader in energy, agriculture, and ICT. As a World Bank consultant and grant administrator under Nigeria’s Electrification Project, he has implemented over 400 energy solutions nationwide. Joseph champions the DSERA model (Decentralization, Storage, Efficiency, Recycle & Repurpose, AI) and co-founded the NGO “Light up a Precious Life.” He is a strong advocate for bridging the kilowatt divide and building partnerships that accelerate innovation in Nigeria.
